About this trip

Athletes from the around the world will join together to represent the NGVA and Granted Opportunities in volleyball across Europe.  You'll  meet friends from all over the world and compete while representing our organization.  

This tour is open to  players recruited by NGVA as well as limited friends and family that want to  join along on the tour.  We will travel around Poland, Sweden, and Denmark playing high school aged teams from their respective countries.

How do I join the tour?

Please follow these steps to complete your registration and deposit:  

1. Apply by filling out the application form at the bottom of this page or on the "Registration" tab.

2. After receiving confirmation of official offer, select your tour package - Complete with group Airfare or Ground Package only

• If you are waitlisted, further details will follow.

3. Complete the deposit and registration - If you have a valid  passport, please enter it at time of your registration.  If not, please  start the process of getting your passport immediately and provide those  details once you receive it. 

4.  If you have friends and family interested in travel, you can add  them to your booking or they can create their own submission separately.   

Notes Regarding Rooms:

We will using 4 star hotels with double and triple beds.  The players  will be booked in double and triple rooms with their own beds.  If a  passenger requires a single room they will need to pay a supplement  select the option to add-on a single room booking.  Players will room  with teammates, we will do our best to take requests and room you with  any teammates you might be traveling with but room sizes and  arrangements are always subject to availability. 

Friends and Family

Friends  and family are certainly encouraged to join you on this once in a  lifetime experience.  We can accommodate passengers who want to join you  until space is gone.  We have limited airline seats and hotel rooms and  you will need to confirm with NGVA/Granted Opportunities that space is still available before making any bookings.   

Cost for Friends and Family:

Friends  and Family cost is the same as the players as tour package as long as  you are in a double or triple room.  You will have all the same  inclusions except the uniform.  If you require a single room you will  need to add that option for additional cost. 

Schedule of Events

The  itinerary will be subject to changes due to final game schedules and  locations.

Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Once  you have set up your account and registered you will be required to  make a $500 deposit per person.  All payments are fully refundable until  February 17, 2025.  The following is a breakdown of the payment schedule  - subject to change depending on your time of registration.  

Payments Schedule:

At  check-out you will see a detailed description of payments due and the  due dates. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds at those times.  If  you need to make adjustments please contact echan@niagrantvolleyballacademy.com and we will  accommodate the best we can.  In general, we must have 50% of the total  due by 4 months prior to departure (March 9, 2025) and all balances must be paid fully by 2 months prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy: All  payments for 2025 tours are fully refundable until February 17, 2025. If  you cancel for any reason after this date there will be a $500 cancellation fee.   
All cancellations must be confirmed by  e-mail to NGVA at ngrant@niagrantvolleyballacademy.com. NGVa will do their best to eliminate  cancellation fees when possible, however, this is dependent upon our  suppliers and the timing of your cancellation of the tour.  Airline cancellation fees are not included with the fees below. 
Additional cancellation fees may apply if you have canceled your tour after airline tickets have been purchased.   

• All payments for summer tour is fully refundable until February 17, 2025.

• A fee of $500 will be assessed if you cancel for any reason after February 17, 2025.

• A fee equal to 50% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 130 and 100 days prior to departure.

• A fee equal to 75% of the total trip cost (land and air) will be assessed for cancellations between 99 and 61 days prior to departure.

• Cancellations made within 60 days of departure will receive no refund.
